1 Description of Services

Lighthouse Voyages LLC operates as a business education and operator-support company. Our services include:

• The LV Wayfinders paid community on Skool — a membership platform offering business education content across five pillars
• The LV Voyagers free community — an entry-level community anchored by a 7-Day Business Breakthrough Challenge
• Email and SMS communications for enrolled members and opted-in contacts
• AI-generated business diagnostic tools delivered as member bonuses
• Live and recorded Q&A sessions, coaching calls, and accountability programs
• Digital resources including templates, playbooks, and downloadable materials

The five community pillars:

2 Account Registration

To access our paid services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to protect your credentials.

3 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services to engage in illegal activity or to facilitate illegal activity by others
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other user accounts, or networks
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access our platform without written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from our platforms without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services

4 Community Content Standards

When participating in any community discussion, Q&A session, or member forum, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully and professionally with all members and staff
• Share only accurate and truthful information about yourself and your business
• Refrain from making disparaging, defamatory, or harassing statements about others
• Refrain from promoting unlicensed financial, legal, or medical advice to other members
• Report any content you believe violates these standards to our team

5 Third-Party Services and Platforms

Our services operate in connection with third-party platforms including Skool (community hosting), GoHighLevel (CRM and communications), ManyChat (social messaging), and payment processors. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, data handling, or policy changes.

6 Affiliate and Partner Disclosures

Our community may contain references to or integrations with affiliate partners, including but not limited to credit monitoring services (MyScoreIQ, MyFreeScoreNow). We may receive compensation when members sign up through affiliate links. All affiliate relationships are disclosed as required by the FTC.

7 Communications Consent

By creating an account or joining our community, you consent to receive transactional communications related to your account and services. Marketing communications require separate opt-in consent. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time without affecting your access to services you have purchased.

8 Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property on our platforms — including the Lighthouse Voyages name, logo, brand identity, course content, frameworks, methodologies, scripts, templates, and any derivative works — is owned by or licensed to Lighthouse Voyages LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Company intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

You retain ownership of any original content you submit to our community. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

9 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other members, our team, or our business, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to access our platforms and content ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

11 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Fulton County, Georgia, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lighthouse Voyages LLC regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
